  • Business Hours
    We cater to the early mornings and long nights of busy schedules. Our business hours are as follows: Monday-Friday: 6am-10pm Saturday & Sunday: 10am-2pm
  • Quotes
    We are dedicated to offering the highest quality services at the most reasonable prices. The price depends on the square foot, size, and condition of your property. Submit a walk thru request to talk to management and get a quote today! You can also text or call us at 267-377-7806 to talk to management within 24 hours.
  • Pets
    We love pets! Please note any special instructions for pets to the office and we will include that in your work order. Due to insurance reasons, we do not walk or let pets out during the cleaning. If your pet(s) tends to be protective, please make sure he/she is locked up in a room or crate during the duration of the cleaning. Our technicians will be mindful not to spray chemicals around your pet(s).
  • Prices
    The price depends on the square footage, size, and condition of your property. Please submit a booking request online or give us a text or call at 267-377-7806. We usually get enough information to not have to adjust the price; however, if your property needs more attention than described, we will let you know once your cleaning technicians are on site and any price or scope adjustments can be made with the office. Factors that attribute to your property needing extra attention include post construction debris, a need for heavy-duty washing that was excluded from the agreement of work, booking a standard cleaning if your property has not been professionally cleaned in the past 4 weeks.
  • Payment Methods Accepted
    We accept cash, checks made out to Premier Property Cleaning LLC, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay (@267-377-7806), and Zelle. Any tips may be left by cash or by asking for the technician's Venmo or Cash App.
  • Tipping Technicians
    Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated by our technicians if you feel they have provided expectational service. While tipping is entirely optional, many customers choose to tip as a way of expressing their satisfaction. If you prefer, tips can be given directly to the technician in cash or added to your final payment. Thank you for considering this gesture of appreciation!
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
    Non-Refundable Deposit: A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable however at the time of servicing the deposit is put towards your total price (example if services are $150 and you sent a $30 deposit, at the time of servicing you will only be charged $120). Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 7 days before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and an additional $30 fee. Same-day cancellations/rescheduling will result in the full appointment amount charged.  *Applicable fees will be charged regardless of cancellation or rescheduling reason. *Cancellation fees do not apply as a credit towards your future services. 
  • Refund Policy
    If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will arrange for a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost. Cleaning is a personalized and subjective service; therefore, we cannot offer refunds to customers. By accepting Premier Property Cleaning Services, you acknowledge and accept the no refund policy. However, in the event of any service-related issues, we are committed to addressing them if notified 24 hours after services and addressing them within 7 days.  This information is outlined in our agreement sent prior to your cleaning. 
  • Service Areas
    We service all of Montgomery County, Bucks County, Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. We also service Delaware and New Jersey.
  • Are my belongings safe with your employees?
    Yes, your safety, security, and peace of mind is our priority! We conduct criminal background checks on every employee. We also verify job history and conduct employment verifications. After that process, we carefully select and thoroughly train our staff to ensure they uphold the highest standards of professionalism and trustworthiness. This makes our service one you can trust.
  • Is there a contract or agreement to sign?
    Yes, before we begin services, we will provide you with an agreement that outlines all the essential details. This agreement includes our company policies, the agreed upon pricing for your specific property based on the services you selected, and a detailed description of the services included in your cleaning package, so you know exactly what to expect. This agreement ensures transparency and clarity for both parties, and it must be signed prior to the commencement of any cleaning services. We believe this helps set clear expectations and allows us to deliver the best possible service.
  • What if I need to reschedule my cleaning day?
    Please reach out to our office by texting or calling us at 267-377-7806 and we will reschedule your cleaning date! Give us at least a 48-hour notice of your change of plans and we will ensure that we promptly cancel or reschedule your service. Changes that take place less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are charged an additional $30 fee on top of the non-refundable deposit.
  • Supplies Provided by the Client
    While PPC technicians come fully equipped with cleaning supplies, it is helpful if residential and commercial properties provide the following: Vacuum Cleaner: if specific to certain surfaces (e.g., carpet type) Trash Bags: Especially if there are specific brands or sizes preferred Toilet Brush: In each bathroom Paper Towels: For touch-ups or specific areas If you have a preference on the type of products used on your property, please let management know and we will include that in your work order. Please leave any supplies out in a visible place for our technicians.
  • Supples Our Technicians Carry
    Our technicians are fully equipped with all the necessary supplies to ensure a thorough cleaning. This includes: Cleaning Solutions: General-purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, disinfectants, and specialized products for different surfaces. Microfiber Cloths: For dusting and wiping down surfaces. Scrub Brushes and Sponges: For deep cleaning tasks and tough stains. Mops and Buckets: For floor cleaning, including hardwood, tile, and laminate. Vacuums: Professional grade vacuums suitable for various flooring types. Protective Gloves: For hygiene and safety during cleaning tasks. We ensure our technicians have everything they need to provide top-quality cleaning services, but if you have any specific preferences or requirements, please let us know in advance.

  • Do you offer a reoccurring cleaning package?
    Yes, we offer many different reoccurring cleaning packages to maintain the cleanliness of your property. This includes weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc. Please contact us at 267-377-7806 by text or phone call to discuss package deals catered to your property.
  • Entering your Property
    Your property must be safely accessible during your scheduled cleaning time. Prior to your service, please confirm how to enter your property. If you have a lockbox or a key code, please make sure that it works or is in the agreed upon place. We send reminder emails and text messages providing you with a window of time that the cleaners will arrive at your property. If the property cannot be accessed within 15 minutes, a cancellation fee will be assessed. During the winter months, please ensure that our technicians have the ability to walk onto your property safely without slipping on ice or snow.
  • Will I have the same cleaning technicians each time?
    We strive to assign the same cleaning technician to your property for each visit to ensure consistency and familiarity with your specific needs. However, depending on scheduling and availability, there may be occasions where a different technician is assigned. Rest assured; all our technicians are trained to maintain the high standards of the service you expect. If you have a preferred technician or specific preferences, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • What service should I book first?
    For a comprehensive start, we recommend booking a deep cleaning service first. A deep cleaning addresses all areas of your property, including those that are often overlooked during routine cleanings. This thorough approach ensures that your property is in optimal condition and provides a solid foundation for standard maintenance cleanings. After the initial deep cleaning, you can schedule ongoing standard services to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of your property. You can talk to management about first bookings via text, email, or phone call. You can also schedule a free 15 minute in person consultation to discuss unique cleaning needs.
  • Do you offer any specials or sales?
    Yes, we have several promotions to benefit our clients. -25% off for first-time clients! Enjoy a 25% discount on your total price for your first cleaning service with us. -Rewards Card: Recieve a card that grants you one free cleaning after every 10 cleanings. Ask a technician about becoming a rewards member. -Seasonal Giveaways and Sales: We hold seasonal promotions and giveaways to assist during the busy holiday season.   • Do you participate in any community service?
    Yes, around the holidays and in the spring, Premier Property Cleaning is involved in community service projects to provide cleaning services to those battling cancer. The draining disease and treatment often takes the energy out of patients and families. We are dedicated to giving back to others and the community. If you'd like to learn more about our community initiatives or get involved, please feel free to reach out to us.
  • How long will my cleaning take?
    The amount of time can vary depending on the size of your property and the service. A deep cleaning will take longer than the standard cleaning especially the initial first deep clean. On average it will take 2 hours. We typically send 1-3 cleaning technicians to give your property the best quality cleaning.
  • Do you offer any organizational services?
    We plan on adding organizational services within the next year as we expand our team and our training. However, if you consult with our office about your concerns and needs, we might be able to add organizing onto your cleaning service depending on what it is and how many rooms. For example, organizing a bedroom closet or storage closet, we will be able to accommodate as an additional service.
